  1. 100 gramscottage cheese
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 tspcinnamon
  4. 50 gramsporridge oats

Cooking Instructions

    blend all ingredients in blender

  2. 2

    put one ladle full into hot frying pan

  3. 3

    when air bubbles appear turn over

  4. 4

    serve with lemon and agave syrup!

  5. 5

    low GI and low fat and satisfying!
