Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 largepork boston butt roast
  • 2 cupfresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/3 cupfresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/3 cuporegano
  • 4 tbspground coriandor
  • 1 tbspsea salt,pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    marinate the roast in all the ingredients over night

  2. 2

    preheat oven 450

  3. 3

    place roast in roasting pan

  4. 4

    pour in 1/4 cup of marinade

  5. 5

    cover place in oven on 450 for 25-30mins

  6. 6

    drop temp down to 350 cook for additional 30-35mins

  7. 7

    drop to 300 cook until desired doneness
