
Buckeyes (peanut butter balls)

Mix butter, sugar and peanut butter with a mixer in a bowl. It should be very thick!

Roll into balls and chill in fridge (on wax paper) for around a hour.

Melt almond bark until creamy and smooth. DO NOT over heat bark! Using a fork or toothpick dip the balls in the melted chocolate!

Place back in fridge for another 15 or so mins. before serving. This allows the chocolate coating to harden.

Makes 2 dozen small/medium balls. If you need less, cut recipe in half.
