Ingredients

4 servings

4potatoes (cut into wedges)
2 tbspconflour
1 tbspdry mint powder
Salt & black pepper powder as required
1 tspchopped garlic
1 tspsalsa sauce
1 tsptomato sauce
2 tbsphoney
Oil for deep frying
2 tspoil

Steps

Take a mixing bowl add potato wedges, conflour, mint, salt & pepper. Mix it well

Heat oil in a pan for frying. Fry all the wedges in hot oil till golden colour.

Now take out all wedges on a tissue paper.

In another pan heat 2 tsp oil add garlic, salsa sauce, tomato sauce, saute 30 sec. now add honey and mix it well.

Add potato wedges and stir lightly. Now this is ready

Serve it hot with any type of dip & sauce.
