Pav bhaji
A famous maharashtrian snack, mild spicy.
Steps

Boil the vegetables in a pressure cooker and cool it.

Mash the vegetables.

In a kadai, heat up butter and fry the onions till golden brown.

Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute it for 1 min and add the tomato puree to it and cook it for 5 min.

Add the pav bhaji masala to it and saute till it starts leaving the sides.

Now add the mashed Vegetables, salt and 1 cup water and let it come to a boil.

Simmer the flame and cook the bhaji for 10 mins on low flame. Turn the gas off after 10 mins and add the coriander leaves. Bhaji is ready.

Heat a tava or pan, add butter to it.

Now add 1/2tbsp of bhaji to it.

Slit the pav from the middle and toast the pav in bhaji and butter mix.

Toast the pav for 1 min. Pav is ready to serve with bhaji.

Pav bhaji is ready to serve. Serve it warm with sliced onions, lemon wedge and butter.
