1/2 largeOnion, diced small
1Carrot, diced small
1 tspGarlic
100 mlHoisin sauce
2Iceberg Lettuce leaves per person
1Spring onion, chopped, to garnish

Fry onion, carrot and garlic in 1 tbsp of oil until soft.

Add mince to pan and fry until completely browned. Add Hoisin sauce to pan and stir well. Season with salt to taste.

Half fill lettuce leaves with mince, top with spring onion and serve.
