In a blender mix fruit, vanilla with a 1/2c of whipping cream. blend until hard to blend and then add a little bit more cream to loose it up.

Blend until the ice cream is very smooth then transfer into airtight container and freeze for at least 25 minutes

If you like your ice cream soft, freeze it for 25 minutes. If you like your ice cream more frozen, freeze it until it gets to desired consitenocy.
