Preheat oven to 350°F

Mix oil, sugar and eggs with a mixer.

Blend in dry ingredients.

Blend in carrots, pineapple, nuts and raisins.

Bake for 30 min in 9 x 13 pan or 40 min in tube pan

Cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar beating again until fluffy. Mix in vanilla.

Ice cake and serve
