Fry the bacon until crispy, chop bacon into small pieces

Drain bacon grease and lubricate skillet with desired oil or butter

Add ingredients into a bowl and whisk until eggs mix with bacon and soices are mixed evenly

Dump ingredients into hot pan alow egg too cook till firm in bottom take your spatula and fold one side then flip folded egg onto other side continue to flip accordingly until middle is no longer runny and sides are golden brown

If you desire cheeze add shreaded cheese to omelet prior to folding

Remove place on plate sprinkle some caynee pepper to top if egg and add bacon on the side if so desired
