Preheat oven to 400

Pour boiling water over shortening, sugar and salt

Cool & add eggs

Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to mixture

Add flour and blend well

Cover & put in frigerator for at least 4 hrs.

It will rise slightly and will keep 10 days to be used as needed

About 3 hrs before using, shape rolls & place in greased pan & allow to rise at room temp. until double in size

Bake for 10 min
