Steps

Take a big pot and heat some vegetable oil.

peel / clean the vegetables and the chicken (if you don't peel the onion, the soup will get a nice golden colour)..Cut everything into big chunks.

put all soup ingrediences into the pot and roast them.

fill water in the pot until everything is covered. Cover the pot and let it simmer for at least 60 min (the longer the better)

Filter the soup - Soup comes inro a new pot, the solid rest stays in the filter.

Find the carrots and the chicken meat in the filter, cut them and put them back into the soup.

Now the soup is basically done and can be refrigerated.

Before you serve it.. heat up only what you are actually going to eat (the rest stays in the fridge) - turn off stove. Then add the last ingrediences..and enjoy!!
