An easy and quick recipe of tomato soup which is delicious and healthy at the same time. It is very easy to prepare with basic ingredients.
Steps

Take a pressure cooker, add tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt, water as required and pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.

Let the pressure release and grind them into a fine puree. Strain them with a help of a strainer.

Put them back to the cooker or you can use a sauce pan. Add water if required. Add the Cornflour mixed in little water. and bring them to boil.

Add the butter, pepper powder and 2 tsp cream and cook for about 2 mins.

Add the croutons. Pour them into soup bowl. Garnish with fresh cream and serve.

Note - Croutons can be made at home easily. I made the croutons with regular sandwich bread. Cut the bread into small cubes and deep fry in oil till golden.
