Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cupsgrinded egusi
  2. 10medium sized fresh pepper
  3. 4 cubesknor maggi
  4. 1 bunchugu leaves
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1milk cup of Palm oil
  7. 3table spoons of grinded crayfish
  8. 2big ice fish (geisha)
  9. 1onion bulb

Steps

    Boil your fish till it tenders adding salt to it.

  2. 2

    Set aside the fish, leaving the stock

  3. 3

    Fry the fish in a hot oil and set aside,

  4. 4

    Add a little quantity of water to the grinded egusi, squeeze to form egusi balls.

  5. 5

    In a sauce pan, add your Palm oil sliced onions, and fry along with the egusi balls.

  6. 6

    Fry for 5 mins. Add the fish stock, stir

  7. 7

    Then add other ingredients setting aside your vegetable

  8. 8

    You can add 1/2 cup of water if the Soup is too thick

  9. 9

    Allow to boil for 10 minutes. Then add your vegetables and allow for another 5 seconds

  10. 10

    Your soup is ready for consumption with any accompaniment such as semovits, Garri. Etc..
