Fried fish egusi soup

Steps

Boil your fish till it tenders adding salt to it.

Set aside the fish, leaving the stock

Fry the fish in a hot oil and set aside,

Add a little quantity of water to the grinded egusi, squeeze to form egusi balls.

In a sauce pan, add your Palm oil sliced onions, and fry along with the egusi balls.

Fry for 5 mins. Add the fish stock, stir

Then add other ingredients setting aside your vegetable

You can add 1/2 cup of water if the Soup is too thick

Allow to boil for 10 minutes. Then add your vegetables and allow for another 5 seconds

Your soup is ready for consumption with any accompaniment such as semovits, Garri. Etc..
