Preheat Oven to 180°c

Grease your pan with vegetable oil the lay your baking sheet.

Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Cream Butter and Suger together till light and fluffy in another bowl

Pour the Butter and Sugar mixture in the sifted dry ingredients

Pour 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Essense into the mixture before mixing. Add in Chocolate Chips.

Then,, MIX till combined evenly.

Lay the dough on a baking sheet to prevent it from sticking. Roll dough out evenly. Use a cookie cutter to shape your cookies.

Lay your cookies on the oiled pan 2-3cm apart.

Bake it for 10-15minutes or if you insert a toothpick in and it comes out dry with no batter on it, you know its done

After your cookies are done, let it cool for 10minutes the you can decorate it.
