1 1/3 cupflaked coconut
1/3 cupsugar
2egg whites
2 tbspflour
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1/4 tspkosher salt
1/2 cupchopped pecans

combine ingredients and stir well

preheate oven to 350°F

use ice cream scooper and drop by level onto greased pan
4

bake for 20 min
