Ingredients

  • 2 cupPoha
  • 1medium onion cut in slice
  • 1Finely chopped tomato
  • 1capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 cupPeanut
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 .spoon mustards seed

Steps

  1. 1

    Poha ko soak karein, lemon juice add ke ache se hill le,haldi powder add karein.

  2. 2

    Pan me oil gram karein rai dale, fir onion, capsicum, and last me tomato dal kar all vegitabltes ki 3-4 minute ke liye sautey karein
    Soaked poha add karein,mix well 2 minute cook karein.

    Healthy poha Peanut is ready to serve
