Vegetable soup

Cook the meat with onion,salt,stock cubes and cook it for about 30minutes but let no water be in it.

Wash and cut the ukazi,waterleaf and ugu separately.

Bleach the palmoil for 2minutes,cut the onion and pour in.tgen pour in the waterleaf fry and keep stirring with spartula

Fry till the waterleaf looks dry.add crayfish,fresh pepper,salt,knorr seasoning and fry all for 10minutes.

Wash the dry fish with warm water and salt then add.

Pound the ukazi leaves lightly and put in the soup.

Stir very well to mix up and taste to know if salt need to be added to taste.

Add the ugu lastly and stir very well for 20minutes.
