Ingredients

  1. 3 litreMilk
  2. 750 gGrated Carrot
  3. according to taste or 1.5 cupSugar
  4. 1 cupChopped dry fruits
  5. 1/4 tspCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the 1.5 kg milk.

  2. 2

    Add grated carrot.

  3. 3

    Cook till milk reduced. Cook on slow flame.

  4. 4

    On high flame Add 0.5 kg milk, cardamom powder.

  5. 5

    On slow flame. Cook till milk reduced.

  6. 6

    According this method repeat twice add half half kg milk and reduced.

  7. 7

    At last add sugar and chopped dry fruits cook till liquecy observe properly.
