grate 1 t. zest from orange before peeling & cutting into bite size pieces. mix zest, dressing, soy sauce, sugar & red pepper flakes.

cook chicken on high heat 5-6 min. add ginger & garlic & cook on med-high 2 min. add bell pepper & cook 2 more min. transfer to platter.

add dressing mixture to skillet. cook 1-2 min. until thickened. add chicken, cook & stir 2 min. stir in oranges.
