cook sausage. drain

Mix ricotta, 2 Tbs oil, salt & pepper

Toss moz & parm in seperate bowl

cook pasta with salt. Reserve 1 1/2 cup pasta water. Drain pasta

Put drained pasta. spaghetti sauce, sausage, 2 Tbs oil and reserved water in pot

Por 1/2 sauced pasta in 13X9 dish

Drop spoonfuls of ricotta then pour remaining sauced pasta

Sprinkle moz parm cheeses on top

Cover with foil that has been sprayed with Pam

Bake at 400 30 to 40 min. Uncover and bake 25 to 30 min.

Sprinkle with chopped basil if desired
