Steps

Take water in a bowl. Take a slice of bread & dip it in water & place the slice in your hands & pressing it with other hand take out the excess water from the bread.

Put the spoonfull of potato filling on the bread & close the bread joining all the edges by pressing it with your hands. When all the edges of the bread joined properly then deep fry the rolls in hot oil till golden.

Serve hot with ketchup.
