Preheat oven to 250°F.

Put 1 1/2 bag of puffcorn in aluminum pan

Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt in a 2 quart minimum saucepan, bring to boil while stirring.

Reduce heat and boil while stirring for 5 minutes

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda. Pour over corn and mix in.

Bake in 250°F oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
