
Spicy Tuna Pasta with Garlic Breadcrumbs
Steps

Chop 2 cloves of garlic finely. Heat a teaspoon olive oil in frying pan. Throw in chopped garlic and breadcrumbs,fry under low heat until golden brown. Set aside in a bowl.

Dice onions,chop bell peppers and remaining garlic.

De-seed chilis and chop.

Prepare Spaghetti according to package instructions. (1 bundle enough for 1 person)

While pasta cooks,heat tbsp olive oil in pan. Add onions and bell peppers. When soft,add garlic and chopped chili.

Open canned tuna,drain and shred lighlty if in big chunks. Add to frying pan. Season lighly with salt and pepper

When pasta is cooked,drain noodles and add to frying pan. Sautee quickly for a 1 minute under medium heat and then lower heat.

Chop coriander coarsley and sprinkle on top.

Put on plate and top with garlic breadcrumbs and dried chili flakes
