
Best ever holiday (or everyday) cheeseball

soak and rinse dried beef in hot water until not salty

Chop dried beef into 1/4 inch pieces.

Mix cream cheese, horseradish, celery salt, onion salt, and 1/2 cup of chopped parsley in a large mixing bowl.

Add chopped dried beef, and mix until mixed throughout.

lay out a large piece of cling wrap and scoop entire mixture into the center. Then close cling wrap around mixture and form into a ball.

Chill for 30 minutes.

remove cheeseball from cling wrap and roll into remaining 1/2 cup of chopped parsley to finish.

Store in cling wrap to prevent drying, keep refrigerated, serve with Triscuits
