Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gmushroom
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • 1big white onion
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1/4 cupfresh malai
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 2 cloves(laung)
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan mein butter garam kar ke onion dale or ek min fry karein.

  2. 2

    Mushroom dale or pani dal kar pkne de.pkne par gas off kar ke grind karein.

  3. 3

    Ek karahi mein cornflour or milk dalker ubale.add mushroom paste and all ingredients.

  4. 4

    Yadi soup gada lage to thora milk or dal de.

  5. 5

    Garma garam serve karein.

  6. 6

    Note..... Mushroom soup kafi poshtik hota hai or ye blood pressure ko balance krta hai.

  7. 7

    My innovation is.......Maine isme cream ki jagah fresh malai use ki hai.
