Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupbutter
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 6eggs
  4. 1 cupraisins
  5. 1 cupcurrents
  6. 1 cuppecans
  7. 2 cupbread crumbs
  8. 2 tspcinnamon
  9. 1/2 tspcloves
  10. 1/2 tspall spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Beat butter till soft. Gradually add sugar and cream together

  3. 3

    Beat in one egg at a time.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle currents, raisins, and pecans with flour and mix bread crumbs, and spices into rasin mixture.

  5. 5

    Add raisin mixture to butter mixture and stir together.

  6. 6

    Grease baking dish and bake approx 30 min

  7. 7

    Top with brown sugar sauce and serve warm
