Ingredients

1 lbcooked chicken, cubed or shredded
1 smallonion
1 canchopped green chilies
1 tbspminced garlic (fresh garlic use less)
1 tspcumin
3/4 tspItalian seasoning (or oregano)
1/2 tbspsugar
2 canchicken broth
2 canGreat Northern White Beans (any kind but Luck's)
1 blockor bag Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Steps

Saute the onion, garlic, chilies, and spices in a little bit of the chicken broth until the onion is clear.

Add cooked chicken, the rest of the chicken broth, beans, and sugar.

Simmer for at least 30 minutes.

Add shredded cheese 15-30 minutes before serving.
