Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 3eggs
  2. 1 cupcottage cheese
  3. 2 tbspmelted butter or coconut oil
  4. 1/4 cupgarbanzo flour
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 2bananas

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Whirl eggs and cottage cheese in a blender

  2. 2

    Add melted butter or coconut, flour, and salt; whirl until smooth

  3. 3

    Add one banana. Whirl.

  4. 4

    Lightly grease a griddle or a large frying pan and preheat over low medium heat.

  5. 5

    Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan for each pancake.

  6. 6

    Cook until tops are bubbly, turn, and cook other sides until lightly browned

  7. 7

    Fresh fruit: Add sliced banana or any berries as a topping and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
