Very good! I took this recipe from Julia Ross' book, The Mood Cure and tried it. High protein and healthy breakfast. :)
Cooking Instructions

Whirl eggs and cottage cheese in a blender
- 2
Add melted butter or coconut, flour, and salt; whirl until smooth
- 3
Add one banana. Whirl.
- 4
Lightly grease a griddle or a large frying pan and preheat over low medium heat.
- 5
Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan for each pancake.
- 6
Cook until tops are bubbly, turn, and cook other sides until lightly browned
- 7
Fresh fruit: Add sliced banana or any berries as a topping and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
