Ingredients

  1. pancakes
  2. 1/2 cupoatmeal or oatbran
  3. 1/2 cuplow fat cottage cheese
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  6. 2eggs or 4 egg whites
  7. 1/2cored apple

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients except apple in blender and blend until smooth.

  2. 2

    Take cored apple and thinly slice using mandolin

  3. 3

    Dip single slice of apple in batter and cook on griddle. Flip.

  4. 4

    Enjoy! So easy, so good, and so healthy! Gluten free too!
