Steps

Put rice and water in a medium pot ( you can add a dash of salt and tbsp. of butter)

Set on stove top and turn to high
- 3
When water comes to a rolling boil stir the rice and cover tightly - make sure you turn the temperature to low
- 4
Do NOT open the lid for 20 minutes ( this will screw up the steaming process )
- 5
You can lift the lid after 20 mins. Fluff with fork and you have perfect rice for 6 - 8 people
