boil the milk

add sugar to the milk

dissolve the 6 sheets of gellatine

melt the chocolate au bain marie (not hot)

let the molten chocolate set to somewhat firm

take the milk off the fire once it boiled add the chocolate to the milk

add the whipped cream carefully

let cool before setting in fridge
