do like u would other meats cook steak n then drain the grease n set aside then heat both side of tortillas, then on one side add the steaks, dip and cheese n the way u want and add the other tortilla n flip when the cheese starts to melt n cook other side for about 4mins on each side

u can top with sour cream n green onion n cheese

make sure meat is not pink
