Ingredients

1 hour 15 mins
  • 1 packagesUncle Ben's wild rice mix (prepared according to package)
  • 3 cupcooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 cancream of celery soup
  • 1 canFrench style green beans, drained
  • 1 mediumonion, diced
  • 1 smallcan water chestnuts, drained, diced
  • 1/2 cupchicken stock
  • 1 smalljar pimento, chopped
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cupHellman's mayonnaise
  • 1 canFrench fried onion rings

Steps

1 hour 15 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients, except mayonnaise and French fried onion rings.

  2. 2

    Mix mayonnaise into mixture just before putting in oven.

  3. 3

    Bake, uncovered, in 350°F. oven for 30 min.

  4. 4

    Top with French fried onion rings; bake an additional 15 min.
