  1. 1 kggreen peas
  2. 10 piecesgorgetti
  3. 20 piececarrots
  4. 5 piecestomatoes
  5. 3 pieceonions
  6. 2green capsicum
  7. 10 mlcooking oil
  8. to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Cut the ingredients into desired size

  2. 2

    Blunch the ready cut carrots using hot water for some minutes (10min)

  3. 3

    Repeat the same to gorgetti, peas for less time like 5 mins

  4. 4

    Put cut onions and cooking oil in a sufuria stir and then add the ready blunched ingredients.

  5. 5

    Add salt to taste and water and cover the food

  6. 6

    Put the green capsicum to cook gently then remove it from the heat not to overcook.

  7. 7

    Serve the food
