Ingredients

  1. 1 BoxTri color rotini
  2. 1small red onion diced
  3. 1 canartichoke hearts quartered
  4. Handfulgrape tomatoes cut into thirds
  5. 1roma tomato diced
  6. 1pickle sliced (I used my homemade pickles)
  7. 6 ouncessnap peas
  8. BottleItalian dressing
  9. Pinchblack pepper or red pepper flakes for a kick

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. 2

    Using a large mixing bowl add all other ingredients except the Italian dressing while waiting on pasta to cook.

  3. 3

    Drain pasta and add to bowl. Add dressing in increments so as to not drown mix. Mix well. Can be served immediately or chilled.

  4. 4

    P.s. For those who don't like the raw onion taste you can add it to the pasta during the last 3 minutes to blanch it some.
