Ingredients

1 mediumaubergine,slant slice
1 largegreen bell pepper
8pieces fried tofu
300 gramsmince carp fish
2 tbspcooking oil

Steps

Wash aubergine and bell pepper.Wipe dry.Cut aubergine and remove seeds of bell pepper and cut into 8 bite pieces.

Slice fried tofu to open and then stuff all with mince fish.Do it until done.

Heat the non sticky pan and brush oil.Put in prepared ingredients and cover,low the fire.Pan-fry for 3 minutes each side or till tender.Serve with soy sauce.
