4 servings

4pork chops
1 tbspoil
1 cupsour cream
1 cancream of celery soup
1/2 cupmilk
1 packagesfrozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
1 cupchopped vidalia onion
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

Preheat oven to 375. In a large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, soup and milk. Stir in hashbrowns and onion.

Spread the mixture in an ungreased 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Place the browned pork chops on top.

Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, our until pork chops are fully cooked.
