2 tbspOlive oil
100 gramsCubed pancetta
2Red onions
1 tbspRosemary
500 gramsChicken thighs
80 mlWhite wine
400 canTomatoe
2Bay leaves
1Salt pepper

Steps

Pour oil into saucepan and fry the pancetta with the onions over a medium heat.
2

Add the rosemary cook for one minute.

Add the chicken season and cook for two minutes.
4

Pour in the wine and bring to the bubble before adding chopped tomatoes and bay leaf.
5

Cover with lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
