Ingredients

1 hour 15 mins
3 servings
  1. Marinade
  2. 1V8 vegetable juice
  3. 1Fresh gr pepper
  4. 1Salt
  5. 1Spanish (or smokey or whatever you hv) paprika
  6. 1Onion powder
  7. 1Dried or fresh basil
  8. 1Garlic powder
  9. 1Celery seeds
  10. 1Swanson flavor boost pckt, beef flvr
  11. 6eye of rnd min steaks
  12. For the rest of the meal.
  13. 1Water for boiling the noodles
  14. 1 pinchSalt, for water
  15. 1Evoo, for water
  16. 1 packagesWide wh egg noodles (noodles or pasta of your choice)
  17. 1 canTomato sauce, flvr of your choice
  18. 1 canMushrooms, drained
  19. 1 canArtichokes, drained & broken up
  20. 1 canMild Diced tomatoes w green chilies
  21. 1 canDiced tomatoes, flvr of your choice
  22. 6(Min steaks) in the marinade
  23. 6 sliceProvolone, or cheese of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    For the marinade, put the steaks in a ziploc bag, add the seasonings & close bag. Work the seasonings into the steaks for abt 1 min. Next add the flvr boost pckt, work that onto the steaks til all are covered to your best ability. Next, add the V8 just to cover the steaks. Now, be careful, but work this around, also, for abt a min! Refrigerate for the rest of the day (if you do this 1st thing in the morning or do it the night b4 & marinade over night)

    Preheat oven to 450°F.

    Bring a pot of water to boil. Add some salt & evoo to the water.

  4. 4

    Once boiling, add the whole pckg of noodles

  5. 5

    Only cook for another 5 min, you DONOT want to over cook the noodles or they will come out soggy.

    Remove from heat & drain off water.

  7. 7

    In a lrg cake pan or casserole dish, lightly spray w non-stick spray, pour the sauce on the bottom.

    Pour all of the noodles on top of sauce, spread out to all corners.

    Add the mushrooms & the artichokes.

    Now add both cans of tomatoes.

    Place each steak on top & pour the marinade on top add cover w foil & bake for about 1 hr or to your desired doness

    Remove the foil & add the cheese & bake another 5-10 or til cheese is melted.

    Remove from oven & let rest for 5 min.

    ***the marinade ing are to your taste, I never measure, all my recipes are guess work! (this is the first time I've made this dish, I hv't even had a taste yet, I just took it out of the oven!)***

I love,love, love, love, love art! I can draw w anything from ink & pencil, to charcoal & the computer, i.e. the rose that I uploaded 2nite! I can paint in water color, acrylic, or oil. I looove acrylic best though! I can wood burn, crochet, knit, or knifty knit. I can, also, use a beading loom to make bracelets & necklaces. I can sew w a sewing machine or freehand! I like carving on wood! I would love to do some pottery but hv never been able to do so. I hv made my own salt dough & made my own knick knacks. I could go on & on abt art, but I don't want this to get boring! Lol!
