  • 1 eachgreen bell pepper
  • 1 eachlg onion
  • 2 stickcelery
  • 6 clovegarlic
  • 1 cupfresh cilantro
  • 12 ozdark beer
  • 1/2 cupsteak sauce
  • 1 envelopechili spice mix
  • 1 tspdried parsley
  • 3 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbsppepper
  • 1 tbspcoriader

    brown ground beef

    saute onion

    Add green pepper

    cook on high in crock pot 6 hrs on high
