Brown the mince then sprinkle over the flour (1 tbsp)

Add the boiling water and crumble in the stock cube

Add tomatoes and tomato puree

Sprinkle in garlic granules, basil and mixed herbs

Keep on a low heat, stirring every 10 minutes or so for an hour

Grease rectangular oven-proof dish

Line bottom with lasagne sheets, add a layer of Bolognese. Repeat these steps until dish is full and top with lasagne sheets

Melt butter in a pan, add flour (25 grams), mix together and cook for a few minutes

Add milk gradually, beating well (Add a pinch of salt and pepper). Heat slowly until thick

Add sauce to top of lasagne and heat in oven for 45 minutes at around 200c
