Steps

rinse shark steaks and trim off and skin
2

mix ingredients together in a small bowl to form a paste

spread a thin layer on each steak evenly and allow to marinate for 30 minutes

preheat oven to 325°F
5

cook for about 40 minutes, turning the sreaks over once about half way through the cooking time
