No great story...just great sauce!

This healthy, flavorful tomato sauce is a staple in many dishes and is really simple to make. Lots of herbs and seasonings make it so delicious that my family prefers this over anything store bought.You can use whatever onion you have on hand. Sometimes I like using a sweet onion, other times I mix in some red, so go with whatever’s available and what you like.As always, use recipes as a guideline and feel free adjust the spices to suit your preferences. I asked my mother-in-law for her tomato sauce recipe only to find out that she doesn't really have one. I watched her make the sauce and saw that she doesn't use meauring cups or spoons.
