Blend tortilla ingredients until dough clears side of bowl.

Divide dough into thirds and then each ball into fourths giving 12 balls of dough.

Roll each ball out to 8-9 inch circle on floured board.

Fry in dry skillet until bubbles form in the tortilla.

Flip and count to 10. The tortilla should look like a soda cracker but soft.

Brown the meat filling ingredients together in a fry pan.

Add taco seasoning dry spices.

Add tomato sauce and stir well to blend in spices.

Simmer on medium heat until it boils then reduce heat to keep meat warm.

Serve with grated cheese, chopped lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, or anything you like.
