Ingredients

  1. 1onion(chopped)
  2. 2tomatoes(chopped)
  3. 1 teaspoonsteak and chops spice
  4. 1 teaspoonaromat
  5. 500 ggreen beans) chopped into small strips)
  6. 1green pepper (chopped)
  7. 1\4 cup canola oil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pot boil green beans until soft and put aside in a bowl

  2. 2

    Then fry onion and green pepper then add tomatoes and spices and stir well then add boiled green beans and cook for few minutes

  3. 3

    Best served with sweet corn meat and salad
