Ingredients

300 gramsflower crabs discarded skin and cut 2 and then fried in
3 largered chilli seeds
1a little enhancer
5 gramsginger
2seed and squeeze lemon over the water
1salt to taste
3 tbspcorn oil
1 tspcurry powder
1 stalkof celery sliced
1 stalkgreen onion sliced

puree red chilies and ginger

heat oil,saute the ingredients already in the chili puree
3

add the curry powder stir briefly and then add salt to taste and flavor enhacer
4

enter the water to taste crab and simmer for 1-2 minutes
5

close fire serve then sprinkle scallions and celery
