Soak rice for 3-4 hrs. Wash and drain.

In a small bowl of lukewarm water put yeast and sugar. Keep aside for 10 mins or till it rise and dissolves.

In a mixer jar put soaked rice and cooked rice. Add yeast and sugar.Grind to a smooth paste.

Keep it to ferment for 7-8 hrs.

Now add salt and beetroot juice to fermented batter to give flavour and colour.

Take non stick pan and pour little batter. Cook on medium heat.

Prepare all and keep aside. When done stuff mixture of all stuffing material and roll it.

Prepare all and again put these rolls into same non stick pan to make it crisp.

Serve hot with pouring chocolate sauce.

Enjoy it without any accomplishments.
