Heat A karahi

,,put Desi ghee in it

Add Sooji to it,,roast the Sooji till golden brown

Make a chashni of gur And water.

Strain it in the karahi.

Stir it Till the consistency of the Halwa

Add nuts

Garnish with assorted nuts

It is ready to serve..
