Steps

Cream butter, sugar and lemon zest until pale and thick.

Stir in the eggs, one at a time.

Mix in flour and baking powder alternately with milk.

Spoon into bundt tin and bake 60-70 minutes at 180c. Cool in tine for 10 minutes before turning out onto rack. Price all over with toothpick.

Lemon Glaze.

Mix juice and sugar, just swirling gently so the sugar doesn't dissolve. Drizzle all over the warm cake.
