Ingredients

  • 125 gramsButter, softened
  • 3/4 cupBrown sugar
  • 1 tspVanilla extract
  • 1Egg
  • 1 cupPlain flour
  • 1 cupWhite chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cupMacadamia nuts, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 175c.

  2. 2

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffly. Add egg and vanilla extact and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add flours and mix well.

  4. 4

    Lastly stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

  5. 5

    Place spoonfuls on baking tray.

  6. 6

    Bake for 15 minutes until light golden and firm to touch.
